Since our establishment in 1994, BCN Development employees and associates have remained proud and confident in the vision that we live by. Since that time we have created and controlled many other LLC's including the Prado LLC in 2001. BCN Development does not operate as an LLC any longer, new entities are formed for new ventures we participate in.

BCNdevelopment.com provides a complete company history, information about our clients, buyers, partners, lenders, and projects we have completed and ones that are in progress. We have done some incredible hi- rise condominium developments in cities where no one would dare envision nor risk. We have been recognized and awarded by our peers along with critics for some of these great architectural masterpieces. We have transformed run down neighborhoods into livable spaces, creating amenities for all the people. We have luxury condos developments in many major cities including Denver, Sacramento, Houston and Reno. BCN Development has turned out beautiful luxury properties including the Prado Tower, Aura. Chelsea, Beauvallon, Palladio Tower. Royalton Houston and the Epic Tower. We have grandiose development plans for much, much more.


Today the internet has become a place for competitors and unhappy people to vent their first amendment right - -freedom of speech. It has come to our attention that one of these unhappy critics is slandering us with a website called bewarecn. This person was a speculative investor in an entity we were partners in; Prado LLC which is a 20 story successful condominium building. To date we have had no problems, issues or legal complaints from anyone that owns condos in this building.

This person did not buy and close on a residence in any of our properties. She put a deposit down on a residence and couldn’t close on it when the time came. She consequently lost her deposit to our banks that would not return deposits. Since she defaulted on her contract, she consequently lost her deposit as stated in the contract she signed and is a normal real estate business practice. Nevertheless this person has gone out of her way to slander us with plenty of meaningless, frivolous and immature comments that are elementary and blatant lies.

I, Craig Nassi am the proud founder of BCN. I have been the manager of several of the projects we have taken on to date. I am one of the decision makers here and I take pride in all of accomplishments and errors that arise. Part of daily business is to take risk and work hard to have a successful outcome. I currently have over 80 positive stories and pages on Google including positive articles, news releases and stories about BCN Development or our companies we control. We at BCN Development (managers) have outstanding FICO scores and no bad loans. None of us have ever defaulted on a repayment of a loan nor had a foreclosure. We have not had a judgment awarded or an unsolved lien settled.

All that we have stated here is public record which you have the right to see and research. In fact, we encourage you to do so yourself.
